​How much does delivery cost?

Each delivery will cost 850 yen (tax included). Deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa and other remote islands will cost 1,400 yen (tax included).

We offer free delivery all over Japan for purchases over 15,000 yen (tax included) delivered to one address.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do. Please contact us if you wish for your purchase to be delivered outside of Japan. Fees will vary: we will individually calculate the costs based on the country of delivery and weight of your purchase.

Can I return my purchase?

Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase's arrival if you wish for a return or refund. We may not be able to answer your requests. Check the 'Delivery and Return Policies' from our Q&A page.

Can I return products that have already been used?

Only unused products can be returned.

We have a physical store located 5 minutes by foot from Hanazono station, JR Sagano line.
