​Delivery Costs

 

- International Shipping -

Shipping fees differ based on the destination country and weight,

The shipping fee will be calculated and displayed after you enter the shipping address.

 

- Within Japan - 

Each delivery will cost 850 yen (tax included). 

•Deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa and other remote islands will cost 1,400 yen (tax included).

•Free delivery all over Japan for purchases over 15,000 yen (tax included) delivered to one address.

<Please note>

Orders placed before 11am will be processed on the same day.

Orders placed after 11am will be processed the following day. 

We do not dispatch orders on weekends and public holidays.

If you would like your order expedited, please contact us.

 

Depending on the items and external circumstances such as the weather and  transportation conditions,

we may not be able to deliver on time. 

 

We do not have any exclusive staff for our online store and

simultaneously run our physical store and office,

so kindly bear in mind that during events and other busy periods we may take some time to get back to you.

We will contact you via email if we cannot meet your desired date.

There may be incidents where we cannot meet your request for an urgent delivery.

Return and Refund

​We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products.

However, as each piece is hand-crafted by artisans,

please keep in mind that  there may be slight differences in

color, pattern, shape and size etc. to those shown on our website. 

 

<Items that cannot be returned or exchanged>

•Items you wish to return due to personal circumstances

(e.g. the items being different from what you imagined)

•Items damaged by the customer themself

•Items already used

•Items that were delivered over 8 days ago

 

<If items you did not order are delivered>

If you receive a package containing items you did not order,

we will exchange them as soon as possible without any fees, including shipping. 

 

<If the quality of the product unsatisfactory>

Please send us an email within 7 days with a picture of the product

if you find the quality of it unsatisfactory (e.g. cracks, chips or leaking).

 

<Damage caused during delivery>

Please take detailed photos of the damage and keep all packaging and contact the post office.

We will apply for compensation claim.

In case that the product is faulty or was mishandled on our part, we will claim all fees. 

 

Please contact us as soon as possible if your purchase is damaged during delivery.

We will swiftly send a new product, free of charge. Check below for eligibility.

 

Returns made by the circumstances of customers will require charges.

Please contact us at info@wanosabi.com within 7 days of the arrival of your purchase.

Please be careful as we cannot answer return of exchange requests

if over 8 days have passed since the arrival of your purchase. 

 

[How to return]

Send an email or call us to request a refund.

Please state your name, email address and the name of the product.

We will refund the amount of your purchase to your designated account within 30 days.
